On 30th April 2025 Matt Walls is hosting a very special tasting for a celebration of the great wines produced in a region containing some of the world’s most recognisable and revered appellations.

Over the past 6 months, he’s been developing what will be one of the biggest and best Rhône tasting events that the UK has ever seen.
It brings together over 50 top producers, all of which are among the best in their respective appellations.

From Côte-Rôtie to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, all the major Crus from both the Northern and Southern Rhône will be available to enjoy, alongside leading estates from satellite appellations, and the very best of the Côtes-du-Rhône – you’ll get a satisfyingly complete vision of this part of France.
Richard will be there with our Elgin wines to shake things up and ruffle some feathers.

As one of the world’s leading experts on South African wines, Tim Atkin MW produces an annual Special South Africa Report highlighting the best producers and wines from this country. Based on his report, this tasting will showcase wines he has selected to appear in his list of First and Second Growths as well as a group of producers he has highlighted as ‘Rising Stars’ – the ones to watch.

This event will provide a unique overview of what’s happening in South Africa right now to give you an overview of the modern face of winemaking in this fascinating country. We'll be there pouring 5 of our top wines (all scored 95+). See you there!
